Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders – Canada ONLY

We offer a flat rate of $20 in Canada.

We offer free shipping for all domestic orders over $100.

We offer free pick-up from our local distributor for all orders. We will be able to provide the address of the location and times available by appointment. If you decide to choose a local pick up.

We offer you a wide variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, distance, and shipping methods. To obtain your shipping cost, please add the desired item/s to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout, and enter your shipping address. You will be shown the available shipping methods, expected in-transit times, and costs.

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Our shipping department closes on weekends and provincial holidays. Thus, orders placed during weekends or holidays will be processed when our office reopens. Order processing might be delayed if we must verify your billing/shipping address or order contents.

Pre-orders or backorders will ship out when the inventory is in stock.

Please note that in-transit times and delivery dates are best faith estimates provided by the respective carriers; we cannot be responsible for carrier or weather-related delays. In-transit times are businessdays.

International Orders

At this time, we can not ship to the US. Sorry.
