The NITECORE EDC17 combines three light sources in a slim everyday-carry flashlight: white light with a maximum output of 1,500 lumens, a separate 1,350 mW ultraviolet (UV) light and a green laser rated below 5 mW. Its body measures 123 × 32 × 16 mm.
Three light sources, straightforward controls
Keep general illumination, UV examination and a laser pointing option together in your daily equipment kit. Slide to turn the EDC17 on and press to switch modes, selecting the appropriate light source for the task.
White-light brightness, UV output and laser output are separate specifications, not a combined output rating. Maximum white-light output does not indicate sustained brightness or runtime.
Do not look into any beam. Avoid direct eye or skin exposure to UV light. Never aim the laser at people, animals, vehicles or aircraft, and avoid reflective surfaces. Follow the manufacturer's operating and safety instructions.
